Two-component Silicone Structural Sealant
Two-component silicone structural sealant is a two-component silicone rubber structural sealant. This sealant has a unique chemical formulation designed to provide superior structural sealing and durability. The two components of this sealant are typically a base silicone rubber and a hardener. Prior to application, these two components need to be mixed together to form a sealing material with excellent properties. This design allows the sealant to remain stable for a long period of time prior to application, and once the mix is activated, it provides an excellent seal. Suitable for a wide range of architectural and structural sealing applications including curtain walling, glazed curtain walling, building facades and other areas where structural sealing is required
This product is mainly used for bonding and sealing glass curtain walls, Hollow glass，stone curtain walls (marble, granite, etc.), aluminum plates, and other metal structures.
- WW-9007 is a two-component neutral silicone structural sealant with good adhesion and sealing properties.
- The curing time of this product can be adjusted, and the deep curing is fast.
- After solidification, this product forms a cold resistant, heat resistant, and corrosion-free elastomer. After curing, it will not harden or crack at a low temperature of -30 ℃. It will not soften or degrade at a high temperature of 90 ℃, and always maintains good hardness and elasticity.
